Rule templates
MailRules comes with ready-made rules for the email most people sort by hand. Pick them when you connect a mailbox, or add them later. Each one is an ordinary rule you can reword or change.
Newsletters
The Newsletters template moves newsletters and promotional emails to a Reading folder and marks them read, so they wait for you instead of interrupting.
AI intentReceipts
The Receipts template moves receipts and invoices for purchases to a Receipts folder, from any shop, so they are in one place when you need them.
Conditions only, no AILogin codes
The Login codes template keeps emails with code, OTP or verification in the subject in your inbox and flags them. It does not move or delete anything.
AI intentCold sales
The Cold sales template moves cold pitches and unsolicited demo requests to MailRules Trash, but only when the model is at least 90% sure.
AI intentRecruiters
The Recruiters template moves recruiter outreach to a Jobs folder, unless you have sent mail to that person before, so live conversations stay put.
AI intentTravel
The Travel template moves train, flight and hotel bookings to a Travel folder, from any airline, rail company or booking site.

The Social notifications template archives and marks read every email from linkedin.com, facebookmail.com and x.com. No AI model needed.

The Bank statements template moves bank statements and credit card bills that come with an attachment to a Finance folder.

The Calendar invites template keeps any email with an .ics file attached in your inbox and flags it, so invites are not swept up by other rules.
